Racing Snail (Mivation) alternatives
Racing Snail is made by Mivation, and its pricing page offers a package for captive agencies. That package is “Starting at $95/month”, with a “$200 one-time setup fee”, and the page says “features may vary by package”. It offers a 60-day money-back guarantee and no contracts. Its pages list an activity tracker (Checktivity), cross-agency rankings (Power Rankings), and employee and marketing ROI. Its commission plans can pay a % of premium or agency commission, a flat $, a lump sum, tiers and accelerators, or a consistency bonus. It states SOC 2 Type 2, and says single sign-on and a Salesforce integration are available.
Agency Edge is for independent and captive agencies. Its commission plans set base rates by product line, with tiers, boosters, milestones, streaks and team bonuses, and work out each person’s pay from the sales reports your office already gets.
FrontRunner alternatives
FrontRunner tracks activity and production: calls, quotes, hours and apps written. Its home page lists automated reminders, conversion ratios, a calendar for follow-ups and sales forecasting. It calculates bonus and commission in real time, shows marketing source ROI, and has local leaderboards and global leaderboards. It lists unlimited team members. Its home page gives two prices: “As low as $149/month, no setup fee” on a 12-month plan, or $159/month with a $300 setup fee, month-to-month.
Agency Edge ranks production on national, state and private league leaderboards, and shows lead vendor ROI with each lead matched to the sale it became.
TodayApp Pro alternatives
TodayApp Pro is from Sales Interactions, LLC, and what we say about it comes from its developer’s listing in the App Store. The listing describes insurance sales analysis, sales scripting, notifications on each sale, who is clocked in, activities and results, and a scoreboard. Its release notes from 2018 mention pay reports. The latest version in the App Store is 3.2.9, dated October 26, 2022. The App Store lists it as free. A price for the service is not stated on their site.

Trakability alternatives
Trakability’s pricing page gives $199/month billed monthly, or $149/month billed annually ($1,788/yr), with no setup fees and unlimited users. It mentions discounts for some carriers and for annual plans. Its home page lists compensation plans (team member, office manager and agency bonus plans), and tracking for calls, quotes, appointments and custom activities. It also lists a national leaderboard, a time clock, PTO requests, daily summary emails and premium-source reporting.
Agency Edge has a calendar with time off, but no time clock. It works out commission from your sales and records each pay run in Pay Team, and the owner decides who sees pay.

- FrontRunner may suit you better if activity tracking with automated reminders, a calendar for follow-ups and sales forecasting is the main job, and you want local and global leaderboards.
- Trakability may suit you better if a time clock, PTO requests and daily summary emails are central to how you run the office, or you want unlimited users on its annual plan.
