A tour of Home

Updated

Home is the page that answers one question: how is this month going?

Home, top to bottomVideo walkthrough — coming soon · 2:10

The top bar

The top bar sits above every page.

  • Record a Sale opens the window for entering a sale by hand.
  • Log Activity opens the window where activity and quotes are logged.
  • The bell opens Notifications. An owner also gets Send Announcement to Team there.

The month header

The first line of the Home card names the month, such as October 2026. The arrows beside it step to the previous or next month, and the whole page follows. You cannot step past the current month, which also carries a countdown like "14 of 22 business days left".

To the right:

  • Goals opens the Goals window, with a Monthly and an Annual view. It always shows the current month and year.
  • "Sales" and "Leads", each followed by "today", "yesterday" or a count such as "3d ago", tell you how old the newest sale and lead on file are. They are plain text, not links.

The sentence about the goal

One sentence sums up the month: "Your team is on pace to finish October at 212 policies — ahead of your 200 goal and up from 198 in September."

"ahead of" becomes "short of" when the projection is under the goal, and "up from" becomes "down from" when it is under last month's total. With no goal set, the goal half is left out. For a month that is over, the sentence reports the result.

POLICIES, PREMIUM and the wins under them

The left side of the card holds two totals, POLICIES and PREMIUM, each with a goal, a bar, a pace chip and a projection.

Under them, a highlighted card carries the month's biggest win. When the office met its monthly goal in each of the last two or more months, it reads like "All product goals hit 3 months in a row — Jul, Aug, Sep". Otherwise it shows the next best win, such as an office record.

The chips below it are smaller wins. Press the chip with a plus sign and a number to see them all, and Show less to fold them away.

Top Producers

The right side of the card is the Top Producers table: a row per producer, a column for each product line the office has switched on, and a total. The switch in its corner flips every number between Policies and Premium.

The table opens sorted by total, highest first. Click a column heading to sort by it. It shows ten producers, and "Team total" adds up everyone. Your own row is marked "(you)".

Below the card

  • LEADS RECEIVED, QUOTES LOGGED and CONVERSION for the month.
  • Production by product, one card per product line, with a Month and Year switch.
  • A chart with two tabs, Policies Written and Written Premium.
  • Recent Activity, a running list of the month's sales and logged activity.

What the numbers mean

  • The large figure is what has been written that month. "/ 200 goal" beside it is the month's goal.
  • "● On Pace" means the total is at or above the share of the goal that should be done by now, counted in business days. "↓ Behind" means it is under. "✓ Met" means the goal is reached.
  • "Projected … by month end" is where the month lands at the current rate. Early in the month it leans on the office's daily average over the last twelve completed months; by the fifteenth business day it uses this month alone.
  • With no goal, the bar gives way to "No goal set". People who can open the Goals tab in Settings also get a Set one link.

The two-minute morning check

1
Read the sentence under the month: over or under the goal?
2
Look at the chips beside POLICIES and PREMIUM. "↓ Behind" on either is the thing to act on today.
3
Scan Top Producers from the top down: who is carrying the month, and who is still at zero.
4
Check "Sales" and "Leads" in the header. If either is older than you expect, the latest sales or leads are not in yet.
5
Open the bell for anything waiting on you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is there no pace chip or projection on the totals?

No goal is set for that month. Pace and projection are measured against a goal, so they appear once one exists. See Set your yearly goals.

Can you look at a past month?

Yes. Press the left arrow beside the month and the whole page follows, except the Goals window, which always opens on the current month.

Does a Basic team member see the same Home?

Yes. Home shows the office's numbers to a Basic member too, without the Set one link: goals are set in a Settings tab they do not have.
