Export a page as PDF
Updated
Four places in Agency Edge can save what you are looking at as a PDF: the Sales page, the Leads page, the Pay Team window and Ask Vera.
Sales: the Snapshot button
Each Sales tab makes its own PDF from the sales that match your filters.
The screen shows Generating PDF... and the file then saves to your computer.
What each tab's PDF holds:
- Trends — portrait pages with a summary of total sales, total premium, average per sale and households, then tables for product mix, team performance and sales by source.
- Locations — landscape pages with a state breakdown, sales by source, and sales by county and ZIP code.
- Sales Log — landscape pages listing every sale that matches your filters and search, not only the rows on screen, with counts and premium totals above the table.
Each PDF opens with your office name, the date it was made and the filters in use, and every page is numbered at the foot. File names start AgencyEdge_Sales_Trends_, AgencyEdge_Locations_ or AgencyEdge_SalesLog_ and end with the date.
On Sales Log, Export above the table downloads the same rows as a spreadsheet (.xlsx), in the columns you have showing.
Leads: a picture of the tab
Leads has a Snapshot button too, beside its Conversions, Marketing ROI and Leads Log tabs. It works differently: it captures the open tab as a picture, charts included, and places it on letter-size pages, adding pages when the tab is long. The file is named for the tab and the year, as in AgencyEdge_Leads_Conversions_2026.pdf.
The button appears once your office has lead data.
Payouts: the payroll summary
The last screen of a Pay Team run has Download Summary PDF. Open Pay Team again for a period that is already paid and the button is there too. Only the owner sees Pay Team.
The summary is letter size. Its first page lists everyone paid, with sales paid, commission, bonuses, chargeback and net paid for each, and a total. Each person then starts on a new page of their own: the sales that run paid, their bonuses and the sum that makes their net. A person's pages name nobody else, so you can print one section and hand it over.
Ask Vera: a chat
In Ask Vera, Save as PDF at the top of an open chat saves the whole conversation: your questions and Vera's answers, with their tables and charts. Export as PDF in a chat's menu in the list does the same, and Email to the team attaches the same file. None of them runs while Vera is still writing an answer.
Pages with no PDF button
Home, Leaderboards, Rule of 78/108, Team, Calendar, Book and Settings have no PDF button. The Payouts page has none outside the Pay Team window.
For a copy of everything instead, the owner can open Settings, Advanced, Delete data and press Download my data, which saves a ZIP of spreadsheets.
Before you export
- Set the filters first. A Sales PDF uses the date, product, team member, source and state chosen on the tab. The Leads snapshot shows the tab exactly as it stands.
- On Trends and Locations, pick the month in the date picker, or step to it with the arrows, before you export. That is what puts the month in the PDF's heading and file name.
- Every PDF is on a white page, whatever theme you use.
- Sales PDFs are tables only, with no charts. On Trends and Locations, the per-product figures cover Auto, Fire, Life and Health.
- On Trends, Snapshot makes nothing when no sale matches your filters.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are there no charts in my Sales PDF?
The Sales PDFs are built as tables from the figures behind the page, so they leave the charts out. The Leads snapshot is a picture of the tab and keeps them.
Can everyone on the team make these PDFs?
Snapshot is there for anyone who can open the page, and the file holds what their login shows. A Basic member has Sales but not Leads. Pay Team and its summary belong to the owner.
Does the Sales Log PDF follow the columns I chose?
No. It always prints the same thirteen columns, from written date to status. Export follows your columns.
What paper size are the PDFs?
The Sales and Ask Vera PDFs are A4. The Leads snapshot and the payroll summary are US letter.
I can't see the Snapshot button. Where is it?
It sits at the right end of the tab row and is hidden when the browser window is very narrow, so widen the window. On Leads it also needs lead data.
