What an achievement is

Nothing is awarded by hand. Agency Edge reads the sales credited to a person, by the date each was written and its written premium, and works the figures out when the tab is opened. There is no badge to grant and nothing to take away. Change the sales and the achievements follow.

The tab has five sections:

  • Records — Best month, Best premium month, Best year, Best day, Best week and Best quarter. Each card gives the figure and when it happened. A tie goes to the period with more premium, and the card says how many other periods matched.
  • Milestones — one track for Policies and one for Premium. Policies are marked at the 1st, 100, 500, 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000, then every 1,000. Premium is marked at half a million, one million, then every million. The next marker ahead is hollow and says how far there is to go.
  • Streaks — Business days in a row is the longest run of weekdays with at least one sale, and a weekend does not break it. Months at each level counts the months at 10 or more policies, 20 or more, and so on. Levels rise in tens to 100, then in steps of 25.
  • Biggest — the largest Policy, Life policy and Household by premium, and the largest policy By line.
  • The book — Households by lines, the share that are Multi-line, and Premium per household.

A gold ★ Office record pill sits under a figure that is also the best among your active producers. It can appear on the best month, best premium month, best day and biggest policy. The owner, service staff and departed people are left out of that comparison. Nobody else's name or number is shown on the tab.

Open someone's achievements

1
Open Team from the menu.
2
Click the person's row.
3
Press Achievements, the third tab in the row under their name.

The tab opens on All time every time. Press a year to see that year alone. Best year drops out, the streaks and biggest sales cover only that year, and the milestone tracks stay whole with that year's stretch drawn in gold.

Where else they show

  • Profile — on the same person, The story so far places their best month, best day and biggest policies among the dates of their career.
  • Home — Home works out its own wins for the month on screen: pills such as a personal best in a day or a best month ever, and rows in Recent Activity for a personal best or a streak of three days or more.
  • Ask Vera can read a person's records when you ask about them.

Achievements are not on Leaderboards, and reaching one sends no notification or email.

Who can see them

The owner sees everyone's. A Custom member sees the tab for each person their Team permission covers: Just them, Specific members or Everyone. The tab has no tick of its own, so it comes with the Team page. A Basic member has no Team page, so no Achievements tab, but still sees the wins on Home.

What resets

Nothing does. All time covers every sale on record, and a year is a view of that year, not a fresh start. A departed person keeps their achievements.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I give someone an achievement by hand?

No. Every figure comes from your sales. If one looks wrong, check the sales credited to that person and the names under Name matching on their Profile tab.

Why has the Office record pill not moved after a new record?

The office comparison is refreshed about once a day, so the pill can trail a new record by up to a day. The person's own figures are current each time the tab opens.

Does the owner have an Achievements tab?

No. The owner is not listed on the Team page, so there is no tab for the owner's own sales.

Do achievements pay anything?

No. The tab only reports. A milestone or streak bonus is a separate rule in a commission plan, covered in Bonuses: milestone, streak, team and production.
