How we protect your data

Your office trusts Agency Edge with its sales, commissions and your team's pay. Here's how we keep that information safe.
Your office is kept separate
- Each office's information is kept apart inside the database itself, not just hidden on the screen.
- Other offices can't open your office or see your sales, your pay or your customers.
- The one exception is leaderboards. While your office is on them, other offices see your office's name and its totals by product line. They see your people's names only if Share our team members is on. Pay is never shown. You can change both in Settings › Leaderboards.
You decide who sees what
- The owner chooses what each person can open: the Basic pages, or a custom set.
- Everyone sees their own sales and paycheck. Other people's pay shows only to the people you give access to.
- These checks run on our servers, so nobody can unlock a page from their own browser.
Encrypted on the way and in storage
- Every page and every upload travels over an encrypted connection (the padlock in your browser).
- Your data is stored encrypted.
Where it lives
- Your data is stored in the United States with Supabase, our database provider. The app runs on Vercel.
- Both companies have independent SOC 2 Type 2 security audits. Agency Edge itself is not SOC 2 certified today.
Backed up every night
- The database is backed up every night.
- A second, encrypted copy is kept with a separate provider.
Signing in
- Offices join Agency Edge by invite only.
- People join your office only when your office invites them.
- We never store your password. It's kept in a scrambled form that can't be turned back into the password.
- Creating an account includes an "are you human" check to keep out bots.
When we look at your office
- If you ask for help, or we're fixing a problem we spotted, we may open your office to see what you see. Every time we do, it's recorded.
- Our admin page also shows each office's basic details, like its team list, sign-in emails and sales totals, so we can support you.
Vera, your AI assistant
- Only the owner can use Vera, unless the owner gives someone else access.
- You choose which parts of your data Vera can read.
- Vera runs on Anthropic's Claude. Anthropic doesn't use your data to train its AI.
Error reports leave out what you typed
- When something breaks, we get an automatic error report so we can fix it.
- Those reports leave out what you typed into forms, your cookies, and your name and email.
Your data is yours
- The owner can download all of the office's data in one file: Settings › Advanced › Delete data › Download all your data.
- The owner can delete the office's data from the same page.
- We don't sell your data, and there are no ads in the app.
