Choose the work your team counts besides sales, and who logs each one.

Add an activity

Open Settings and choose the Activities tab.

Type a name in the box at the bottom.

Turn on Require a note if every entry needs one.

Turn on Show on Home to list each entry in Recent Activity on Home.

Press Add activity.
The built-in Quotes activity comes first, with a lock. It can't be renamed or removed.
Choose who logs it
An activity is greyed out, and nobody can log it, until someone is assigned.

Press the button at the right of the activity. It reads Assign, a number of members, or All members.

Tick the people who log it, or Select all.

Press Save.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I delete an activity we no longer use?
Only if nothing was ever logged against it. Otherwise turn off Active on its line: it leaves Log Activity and keeps its history.
