How we protect your data

Here is how we keep your office's sales, pay and team information safe.
Your office is kept separate
- Each office's information is kept apart inside the database itself, not only hidden on the screen.
- Other offices cannot open your office or see your sales, your pay or your customers.
- The one exception is leaderboards. While your office is on them, other offices see its name and its totals by product line. They see your people's names only if Share our team members is on. Pay is never shown.
You decide who sees what
- The owner chooses what each person can open: the Basic pages, or a custom set.
- Other people's pay shows only to the people you give access to.
- You choose which parts of your data Vera can read.
Stored safely
- Every page and every upload travels over an encrypted connection, and your data is stored encrypted.
- It is stored in the United States, with database and hosting providers that both have independent SOC 2 Type 2 security audits. Agency Edge itself is not SOC 2 certified today.
- The database is backed up every night, with a second encrypted copy kept by a separate provider.
Signing in
- Offices join Agency Edge by invite only.
- People join your office only when your office invites them.
- We never store your password. It is kept in a scrambled form that cannot be turned back into the password.
When we look at your office
- If you ask for help, or we are fixing a problem we spotted, we may open your office to see what you see. Every time we do, it is recorded.
- Our support staff can also see each office's basic details, such as its team list, sign-in emails and sales totals.
- Error reports we get when something breaks leave out what you typed into forms, and your name and email.
Your data is yours
- The owner can download all of the office's data, or delete it. See Download all your data.
- We don't sell your data, and there are no ads in the app.
