Change a commission plan

Change a plan's rates or bonuses, and keep what was already paid as it was.

Open Settings, choose the Payouts tab and pick the plan.

Press Edit Plan, then Edit this plan.

If people are on the plan, confirm with Yes, Edit Plan.

Change a card and press its Done.

Press Done at the top of the plan.
What happens to past pay
Edit this plan and Create a new version, in the same menu, protect history the same way.
- If sales already use the plan, your change starts a new version dated today and the old version closes the day before.
- If no sales use it yet, the plan is edited directly.
- Agency Edge works out each month on the version in effect on that month's last day, so a change saved on October 8, 2026 prices all of October.
- Months already paid keep the terms they were paid under.
Version History, at the bottom of the plan, lists each version with its Effective dates and marks the one that is Current.

Can I change one person's plan instead?
Yes. Give them a different plan from a date. See Assign a commission plan.
