Open the plan, press Edit Plan, then Edit this plan.

Pick the product lines that count, and type the goal and the amount.

When combined production reaches the goal, each eligible member earns the amount.
Once, ever pays one time, the first time the goal is reached. A new Team Goal starts on this choice.
Every month the goal is met pays the amount once in any month the team reaches the goal, never once per multiple. With a goal of 50 policies and $500, a team that writes 150 in a month earns $500 each, not $1,500.
