Tell Agency Edge which column of your file holds each part of a sale.

Add your file in Upload Data, as in Upload a sales file.

Press Review mapping. It reads Fix mapping when something needed has no column yet.

Beside each field, pick the column of your file that holds it.

Fill every field under Required: Product, Name, Written By and Written Date.

Map Policy Type and Premium too, if your file has them.

Press Import to close the window, then press Upload & Process.
- The line beside the button reads Everything needed is mapped once the required fields have a column.
- Agency Edge remembers your choices. A file with the same column names comes in already matched.
- To start over, press ⋯ at the bottom left of the window and choose Reset to automatic.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I make Agency Edge forget a saved mapping?
Press ⋯ in the window, choose Forget saved mapping, then press Forget. The next file is matched from scratch.
Why does it matter to map Policy Type and Premium?
Both help tell one sale from another, so a second upload of the same sales is recognized.
