Open Home from the menu.

Read the sentence under the month. It says whether your team is on pace for its goal.

Look at the chip beside POLICIES and PREMIUM: ● On Pace, ↓ Behind or ✓ Met.

Find your row in Top Producers. It is marked "(you)".
Top Producers has a row per producer, a column for each product line and a total. The goals on Home are the office's. Press Goals beside the month to see each product's goal.
On Leaderboards

Open Leaderboards from the menu.

Choose Team Member.

Pick the period, such as This month.

Find the row with the You pill.
Leaderboards is in your menu when your office shares its board. The Team Member view also needs your office to share its team members.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is there no pace chip?
No goal is set for that month. The card reads "No goal set" until your owner sets one.
Can I look at a past month?
Yes. Press the left arrow beside the month, and the whole page follows.
